We will gladly accept returns or make exchanges on all merchandise purchased
from AuctionVideo.
Satisfaction Guarantee
You may terminate service for any reason within 2 days of activation without
incurring an early termination fee. You will be responsible for all applicable
fees, pro-rated access charges, taxes or other charges that accrued to
your account through the termination date and equipment return date.
Returns
You may return any or all of your communication equipment for any reason
within 15 days of purchase. You must return the original box intact with
all components (camera, cable, microphone, charger, battery, software,
instructions, etc.). All components must be in like-new condition. All
returns must be accompanied by the original receipt and will only be granted
to the actual purchaser whose name appears on the receipt.
At our discretion, we may decline your return or charge you a fee for
missing items or items that we determine are damaged or require service.
If you return and we accept your equipment within this period, we will
refund your equipment purchase price. All cash or check transactions will
be refunded by check. Checks take a minimum of four to six weeks for processing.
Credit card transactions will be refunded to the credit card account used
for the initial transaction.
If you purchased your equipment through our on-line store or telesales,
please call the Customer Service number that appears on your Order Confirmation.
If you purchased through a direct sales representative, please contact
that rep for more information. If you purchased your equipment from another
retailer, that retailer's policy applies.
If AuctionVideo must remove installed equipment from a fixed location
in order to return or exchange it, you will be charged a service fee.
Exchanges
Within 15 days of purchase, you may exchange one camera or microphone
per new account. In order to make the exchange, you must return the original
box, intact with all components (camera, cables, microphone, headset,
charger, battery, software, instructions, etc.) in like-new condition.
All exchanges must be accompanied by the original receipt and will only
be granted to the actual purchaser whose name appears on the receipt.
Eligible Defective Equipment Exchanges
If you experience an electronic malfunction as a result of a manufacturing
defect after the return and exchange period but within the first year
you own the equipment, AuctionVideo will either exchange your hardware
for a like unit or one of comparable quality at no cost to you, or assist
you in sending the equipment to an authorized repair facility.
If you choose to exchange your communication equipment, the equipment
you receive may be refurbished. Once you have exchanged your equipment,
we will not be able to undo the exchange and return your original equipment
to you. If you have difficulty with the exchanged unit, AuctionVideowill
replace it with another piece of exchange stock. The exchanged unit will
carry the remaining warranty period from the original equipment or a total
of 90 days, whichever is greater. Beyond the twelfth month of ownership
of the equipment, AuctionVideo will assess a fee for equipment that is
replaced due to electrical malfunction or manufacturer defect.
Equipment subjected to neglect, misuse, water damage, wear and tear and
the like are not eligible for any return or exchange program. This program
does not cover lost or stolen equipment. These policies do not limit or
supersede any existing manufacturers' warranties.
This program may be considered to be a "warranty" or "service contract"
in certain states. In these states, please refer to the AuctionVideo service
contract for full details.
